If you are dissatisfied with any product you purchase from the Treadle Treasures, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to correct the problem. We offer both replacements and refunds. Items must be returned in the condition they were received. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions. An exception is made if we made a mistake in the order. Then we will reimburse you for the calculated price of Priority Shipping.
Refunds for purchases made through PayPal will be reimbursed through PayPal only. Refunds for money orders will be reimbursed by a check.
